How to White List My Emails

White List

Noun: In Internet terminology, a generic name for a list of e-mail addresses or IP addresses that are considered to be spam free. Whitelists are used frequently with e-mail applications to allow users to compile lists of senders they wish to receive e-mail from. This list overrides any blacklists and spam filters, and allows the e-mails to be delivered to the users inbox instead of filtered out as spam.

Verb:  To place on a White (Approved) List

If you have never done this before, I highly recommend it!  That way, you won’t get so much spam in your inbox!  And you will receive MY emails in the right place!!

Look for your particular email provider or App below and follow the directions for how to whitelist my emails (and anyone else’s that you want to receive in your inbox and not in your spam folder.)

  1. Click and drag one of my emails into the Primary tab.
  2. Click Yes to confirm

  1. Open one of my emails.
  2. Hover over my email address and an “address card” will appear.
  3. On this card, click on the “…” and choose Add to Contacts.
  4. Edit/add any info you want.
  5. Click Save to finish.

1. Open one of my emails that you want to whitelist.
2. Click Add to contacts next to [] to finish.

1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Enter [] and additional information if you wish.
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.

1. Click Preferences from the menu.
2. Click Restrict Incoming Email.
3. Click Yes to Enable Email Controls.
4. Click Allow email from addresses listed below.
5. Enter [] to whitelist.
6. Click Add.
7. Click Update to finish.

1. Click Address Book.
2. Click Add Contact.
4. Save [Storytelling with photos] as a contact.
5. Click save.

1. Click [wlemail] in the header of one of my emails.
2. Click Add to finish.

1. Click the Address Book tab on the top menu bar.
2. Click Contacts.
3. Click Add Contact.
4. Enter [wlemail] and additional information if you wish.
5. Click Save to finish.

  1. Open one of my emails.
  2. Right-click on my email address.
  3. Select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.

1. Open one of my emails and right-click on the email address.
2. Click Junk E-mail.
3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.

1. Click the Home tab.
2. Click Junk.
3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter [] and additional information if you wish.
7. Click OK to finish.

  1. Right-click on one of my emails that you would like to add to your safe sender list
  2. Hover over Junk and then click the option Never Block Sender.

  1. Open the email.
  2. Tap my name in the From line.
  3. On the next screen, tap Create New Contact.
  4. Tap Done.

  1. Tap/click to open the email.
  2. Tap/click the icon next to the email address.
  3. Tap/click OK.
